Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of construction field experience in CM tasks.
• Technical degree preferred but not required with applicable experience.
• Completion of 30-hour OSHA Safety Training within 60 days of NTP.
• Working knowledge of construction practices and document review.
• Ability to read plans, manage schedules, and track costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site CM-CA support for EHRM upgrades at VAMC West Haven.
• Assist Contracting Officer and COR in project management and scheduling.
• Monitor QA/QC, prepare reports, and track change orders.
• Lead progress meetings and document project status and issues.
• Coordinate with general and sub-contractors for field operations.
• Maintain logs, RFI responses, submittals, and closeout submittals.
