Job summary

E Tech Group in Pittsburgh is seeking an On-Site Construction Manager to coordinate installation phases of Data Center projects and ensure technical success. You will collaborate with General and Subcontractors and our internal project team, reporting to the lead PM to address issues and keep deadlines and scope on track.

You must be local to the Pittsburgh area and willing to report on-site. The role emphasizes budget control, schedule adherence, and proactive communication to meet client

Qualifications

BS Engineering degree or equivalent educational background.
10 years in project and/or construction management environment.
Experience in industrial controls for data centers or similar industries.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate installation phases of projects with general and subcontractors.
Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
Communicate with client and project team to resolve issues promptly.
Develop labor resource plans and quality control measures with the PM.
Maintain scope control, change orders, and risk mitigation as needed.
Forecast project costs and manage earned value and contingencies.
