Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient with computers and construction management software, including MS Teams, Word, Excel.
• Completed OSHA 30-hour construction safety training.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Coordinate and facilitate required meetings for the project.
• Monitor contractor compliance and safety requirements.
• Document and distribute meeting notes promptly.
• Inspect and verify construction quality and compliance.
