This is contingent on the project award, and the contract duration is two years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, attend, and facilitate all required meetings, including weekly progress meetings (online or on‑site), internal government meetings, AE/AHJ inspections, and government‑contractor negotiations.
  • Document and distribute meeting notes within one business day for all progress and project‑related meetings.
  • Observe and record construction contractor work for progress, quality, workmanship, code compliance, and adherence to contract documents and safety standards.
  • Verify weekly that the contractor’s record drawings (redlines) are updated, and document this in the weekly meeting notes.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with the Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and all applicable safety requirements.
  • Support the Government in preparing, managing, and tracking documentation related to contract changes and disputes.
  • Receive, log, and review all contractor submittals for completeness, accuracy, and contract compliance before forwarding them for review.
  • Review, log, and verify accuracy of Contractor RFIs; assist with drafting responses, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Inspect delivered construction materials and equipment to confirm they match approved submittals.
  • Review the Contractor’s Daily CQC Reports for accuracy, completeness, and contract compliance.
  • Organize, facilitate and document preparatory, initial and follow‑up inspections for the work tasks that warrant the three‑phase inspection.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Able to read, interpret, and understand construction contracts, plans, and specifications.
  • Completed OSHA 30‑hour construction safety training.
