Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient with computers and construction management software, including various tools.
• Completed OSHA 30-hour construction safety training.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all required meetings.
• Observe and record construction work for compliance.
• Monitor contractor compliance with safety requirements.
• Review contractor submittals for completeness and accuracy.
