Job summary

FH Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site operations, coordinate trade partners, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality.

You will mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and manage field production while aligning with project goals and client expectations. OSHA 30 certification and Spanish language ability are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Superintendent leading commercial construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to read or speak Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and manage responsibilities of project team members.
• Operate as an entrepreneur by proactively solving problems and driving project success.
• Think critically and creatively to improve processes, procedures, and safety.
• Lead business development efforts to assist in company growth.
• Plan, organize, and direct field production for assigned projects.
• Develop, implement, and manage site logistics plan.
• Manage trade partner coordination and procurement for project success.
• Communicate schedule, costs, and project status to enable proactive problem solving.
