Job summary

FH Construction Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead project execution on commercial construction sites in Colorado. You will coordinate field operations, scheduling, and trade partner activities to deliver on-time, high-quality projects.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture, OSHA 30, and prior Senior Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent experience, with strong leadership and client coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar
• Prior experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent in construction/architecture/engineering
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong organization with attention to detail
• Proactive, resourceful, and growth-minded

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution and coordinate field operations to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Assist in scheduling, weekly updates, and logistics planning for projects.
• Coordinate with trade partners, clients, inspectors, and project team members.
• Mentor and develop project team members; represent FH with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement safety and quality controls; review constructability and quality.
• Support procurement, cost tracking, and coordination with Project Manager.
