Job summary

Linbeck Group, LLC seeks a Superintendent I to plan and manage the construction site, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations on large, complex projects. You will direct subcontractor activities, build the master schedule, and manage field labor, site logistics, and QA/QC with Lean methods and BIM coordination.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Experience leading field supervision on ground-up projects is essential.
• Proficient in Lean Construction and safety program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Safety Culture with Subcontractors via the BBS program.
• Analyze, document and address Safety Hazards through Safety Walks.
• Review JHAs for completeness and accuracy daily for all trades on site.
• Manage Field Labor including hiring and termination processes.
• Develop the Master Baseline Schedule with clear logic and durations.
• Create Site Utilization, Logistics and Phasing Plans for GMP creation.
• Utilize Lean Board tools to manage productivity and coordination.
• Facilitate effective Daily Huddles with Job Team and Subcontractors.
• Lead Weekly Work Plan coordination using Lean Board Tools.
• Complete PPCs weekly and develop recovery plans.
• Generate Daily Reports for Linbeck and Self-Perform teams.
• Coordinate Kick-Off and Pre-Install Meetings preconstruction.
• Create and maintain SWPPP and QA/QC documentation.
• Utilize BIM Model for visualization and Spatial Coordination.
