Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience delivering high-rise residential, mixed-use, or higher education projects from start to finish.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Deep knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Proven ability to lead field operations and communicate plans across audiences.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence and core leadership traits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for the project or scope.
• Implement safety and quality culture among Clark employees and trade contractors.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage logistics, and track materials.
• Ensure high quality of work per project and company standards.
• Take initiative to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Develop and communicate the project schedule and KPI milestones.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high performing team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and interactions.
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Participate in developing staff charts, general conditions, and project costs; monitor KPIs.
• Contribute to close-out activities including punch lists and operations training.
• Demonstrate problem-solving to overcome obstacles and conflicts on site.
