You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, manage logistics, and drive critical milestones while maintaining a collaborative, professional presence on site.

The role requires 7+ years on large-scale commercial construction, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for whole project or specific scope.
• Maintain culture of safety and quality among employees and trade contractors.
• Develop, update, and communicate project schedule with milestones to stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor project team to build high-performing unit.
• Cultivate relationships with all project stakeholders and represent Clark professionally.
