Job summary

Clark Holdings Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure safe, on-time project delivery. You will supervise self-performed and subcontracted work, manage scheduling, and enforce quality control on site.

The role requires 7+ years on large commercial projects, a relevant engineering/construct ion degree, and proven leadership. You will mentor staff, coordinate with stakeholders, and support close-out and KPI efforts.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams
• Knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel
• OSHA-safety knowledge

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and quality installation of contracted work for a project scope
• Implement a culture of safety and quality among Clark employees and trade contractors
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage site logistics, and track materials
• Maintain project schedule and communicate milestones to stakeholders
• Mentor and develop team members to build high-performing teams
• Cultivate relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company
• Participate in close-out activities including punch lists and training
• Assist in recruiting top industry talent and driving KPI awareness
