RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Salt Lake Valley. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors and inspectors, and maintain safety culture while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience, strong OSHA knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to lead multiple subcontractors on active jobsites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Excellent scheduling and coordination skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
