Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily on-site construction operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will be the primary on-site leader from project start to completion.

Lead field teams, enforce quality standards, read plans, coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients, and document progress from start to closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and job-site personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Enforce OSHA safety rules and conduct toolbox talks.
• Lead on-site communication with managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
