Job summary

Stoddard Enterprise, LLC is seeking an on-site Construction Superintendent in Texas to coordinate all phases of construction, ensure contract conformance, QA/QC, inspections, jobsite safety, scheduling, recovery schedules, as-built drawings, punch lists, conflict resolution, and client service.

Responsibilities include developing schedules with the Project Manager, leading weekly meetings with subcontractors, monitoring progress, reporting daily on manpower and deliveries, managing safety

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing schedules.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and safety programs.
• Ability to produce daily site reports including manpower, weather, and deliveries.
• Familiarity with coordinating municipal/state inspections and permits.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Weekly schedule coordination meetings with subcontractor foremen to outline requirements and sequence of work, and distribute look-ahead schedules.
• Implement, monitor, and drive the project schedule; communicate issues and anticipate problems.
• Provide daily job reporting on company forms including manpower counts and deliveries.
• Manage the Company Safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with safety requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections with local and state officials.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to construction documents.
• Motivate subcontractors and maintain professional site appearance.
• Maintain on-site project files and manage punch list completion.
