Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, oversee, and manage onsite activities to meet project goals.
Review project plans, specifications, contracts, submittals, and as-builts to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate subcontractors to align with the project schedule and budget.
Monitor safety, quality, and environmental standards and ensure compliance.
Set up project logistics, PPE, signage, and equipment per company procedures.
Prepare daily weather, manpower, safety, and cost reports; manage punch lists and close-out.
Support safe, on-time project completion and client relationship management.
