Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to plan, oversee, and direct construction activities in Grand Junction, CO. The role requires ensuring safety and compliance with project documents, with about 50% travel to field sites.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, with 8+ years preferred. The position is full-time, exempt, and offers salary within the posted range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction and project oversight experience.
• 8+ years in general construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is performed safely and meets quality standards.
• Oversee LMS contract construction projects; assist with bids and submittals.
• Inspect work, track progress, and report performance.
• Direct self-performed construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain plans/specs adherence and read plans accurately.
• Foster relationships with customers and respond to needs.
• Organize work independently to meet objectives.
• Review changes to adapt to field conditions.
