Job summary

The role interfaces with project managers, site leads, and the PMO to shape acquisition strategies and ensure successful outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in environmental or construction contracts are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience supporting environmental or construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise subcontracting documents to include accurate scope statements and requirements, terms, and pricing structures.
• Ensure all subcontracting documents follow statutory and agency-specific guidelines and adhere to the FAR and DEAR.
• Ensure subcontracting documents adhere to local, state, and federal requirements, including safety regulations and labor laws.
• Participate in programmatic working groups and Community of Practices to share knowledge and identify trends.
• Participate in acquisition or procurement document and process reviews and revisions.
• Contribute to training content for subcontracting processes, management, and closeout.
• Other duties as assigned.
