Michael Anthony Contracting is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee daily construction on healthcare commercial projects in the Hudson Valley. You will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, and maintain project documentation to meet plans and timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in construction management, and hands-on involvement from kickoff to completion. Excellent communication with project managers and crews is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision on commercial healthcare projects.
• Experience reading blueprints and specs.
• Proven track record managing job sites end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field activities to meet scope, schedule, and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to deadlines.
• Enforce safety policies and site requirements.
• Conduct daily jobsite walks and quality inspections.
• Review blueprints and construction docs to guide field work.
• Communicate progress and needs to project managers.
• Maintain project records and logs.
• Assist with site logistics and inventory management.
• Identify delays early and implement corrective actions.

Education
