Job summary

Michael Anthony Contracting Corp seeks a Site Superintendent to manage daily field operations on Hudson Valley projects. You will supervise field activities, coordinate subs, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while collaborating with project managers and field teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in CM or related field.
• 5+ years of field supervision on commercial projects, healthcare preferred.
• Proven track record managing job sites from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field activities to meet scope, schedule, and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and site requirements.
• Conduct daily jobsite walks and safety inspections.
• Interpret blueprints and construction documents to guide execution.
• Provide updates to project managers on progress and risks.
• Maintain site records and logs of daily progress.
• Assist with site logistics, equipment coordination, and inventory.
• Identify delays early and implement corrective actions.
