Job summary

Michael Anthony Contracting Corp. is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee daily construction activities on healthcare commercial projects in the Hudson Valley.

You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews. Required: 5+ years of field supervision experience; high school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred; strong knowledge of drawings, codes, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 5+ years of field supervision on commercial projects, healthcare preferred.
• Proven track record managing job sites from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field activities to ensure scope, schedule, and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Enforce compliance with OSHA standards and site requirements.
• Conduct daily jobsite walks and quality inspections.
• Interpret blueprints and specs to guide execution.
• Communicate progress and resource needs to project managers.
• Maintain site logs and progress reports.
• Assist with logistics, deliveries, and inventory.
• Identify delays and implement corrective actions.
