MACC seeks a Site Superintendent to oversee daily construction activities in the Hudson Valley. You will supervise field teams, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field supervision on commercial projects (healthcare preferred), strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera and Procore/Buildertrend. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision on commercial projects, healthcare preferred.
• Proven track record managing job sites from start to finish.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsabilités

• Supervise field activities to ensure scope, schedule, and safety adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety standards and quality requirements on site.
• Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and inspections.
• Interpret blueprints and guide field execution.
• Provide updates to project managers on progress and resources.
• Maintain site logs, inspection reports, and progress records.
• Assist with site logistics, deliveries, and inventory management.
• Identify delays early and implement corrective actions.
