Job summary

Clune Construction Vienna, VA, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support on-site project activities from preconstruction through closeout. You will assist the project superintendent with scheduling, deliveries, safety and quality, ensuring effective communication with the field team and trade partners.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent) and 2–5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 2–5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site activities including access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality and construction.
• Work with the project superintendent to ensure execution of the project plan from preconstruction through closeout.
• Maintain and update project schedules and daily field updates.
• Coordinate with field team, trade partners and owner vendors.
