Job summary

Wharton-Smith, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent for the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area.

The role directs and supervises field personnel, maintains safety and quality, and supports owner satisfaction, cost and schedule adherence on assigned projects. The candidate should have 1–5 years of construction-related experience, at least two years in an Assistant Superintendent role, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and PMIS.

Qualifications

• Appropriate supervisory experience.
• 1-5 years construction-related experience.
• Two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of Project Management Software (PMIS).
• Valid Driver License and ability to commute to job sites.
