Job summary

DEW Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee preconstruction through construction, coordinating the project team to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets in New Hampshire. You will serve as primary contact for Owners and manage communications, risk, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, scheduling.
• Ability to lead people and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction with estimating staff and VP of Preconstruction.
• Manage construction with the Superintendent and project team.
• Review contracts with Corporate Counsel and manage cost control.
• Develop staffing/equipment plans and procurement with the Superintendent.
• Lead weekly project meetings and maintain minutes.
• Visit sites weekly to monitor progress, schedule, and client relations.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, and subs; maintain document control.
• Manage job cost forecasts and provide monthly updates to management.
