Job summary

Aristeo in Michigan is seeking interns to join our Preconstruction or Operations teams for hands-on experience on multimillion-dollar projects. This summer, you’ll learn how projects are estimated, scheduled, and managed, while supporting field teams in a real-world setting.

Ideal candidates are civil engineering or construction management juniors or seniors, eager to learn, capable of taking direction, and ready to contribute to subcontractor coordination, document control, and project

Qualifications

• Communication ability and the ability to take direction.
• Familiar with construction concepts.
• Pursuing a 4‑year degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the estimating process, including attending pre-bids, completing quantity take-offs, and conducting subcontractor bid solicitations
• Assist in developing project schedules and reports
• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in the daily coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
• Assist with completing document control procedures such as drawing logs, RFIs, and submittals
• Provide assistance to field personnel as needed
