Job summary

Kurita Group seeks a Construction Field Technician to coordinate field activities at project sites in Phoenix, focusing on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This role supports the Site Manager with planning, deliveries, and issue resolution, working five days per week on-site.

Candidates should have construction supervision experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with BIM tools. OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred, and an engineering degree is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision, field coordination, installation management, or related activities.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil engineering, construction management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant construction, field supervision, or project coordination experience.
• Leadership potential, self-motivation and commitment to continuous learning encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site facilities, safety equipment, and temporary installations in compliance with regulations.
• Support planning and coordination of deliveries for equipment, materials, and resources.
• Identify and help resolve construction issues with contractors, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor field conditions and progress against schedules; coordinate recovery actions as needed.
• Maintain construction records, field documentation, and progress reports.
