Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction supervision or field coordination.
• Experience with industrial, commercial, utility, or water treatment projects is preferred.
• Ability to read schedules, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations, coordinating site activities, contractors, materials, and resources.
• Assist the Site Manager with project execution, safety coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress, site conditions, and milestones while resolving issues.
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities for efficient execution.
• Review drawings, P&IDs, BIM models, and construction documents to verify installation requirements.
• Maintain accurate field documentation, progress reports, and project updates.
• Participate in meetings and communicate between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor contractor performance for quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Support field issue resolution by coordinating with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and processes.
