Job summary

• 3–5 years of construction engineering or project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction document management.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, permitting, and applicable building codes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project management support for planning, design, construction, and renovation of company facilities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and codes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor project progress; communicate status, risks, and recommendations to the Construction Manager and stakeholders.
