Job summary

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to complete projects safely, on schedule, and within budget and code compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction engineering or PM, strong reading of drawings/specs/blueprints, familiarity with AutoCAD, and knowledge of

• 3–5 years of construction engineering or project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction document management.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, permitting, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project management support for planning, design, construction, and renovation of facilities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors and vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget and code compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate status, risks and recommendations to the Construction Manager.
