Job summary

Monadnock Construction, Inc. is offering an on-site internship on active NYC job sites. You will work as part of Field Engineer and Project Engineer teams, gaining real-world experience and contributing to project milestones.

You'll complete required OSHA SST training, attend Procore and Bluebeam sessions, and participate in leadership visits. Authorization to work in the US and enrollment in an engineering/program are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Construction Management, or similar program.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn Procore and Bluebeam.
• Reliable commuting to NYC job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Field Engineer and Project Engineer deliverables on active jobsites.
• Support project management tasks: run documents, submittals, RFIs.
• Track manpower, equipment and deliveries; document progress with photos.
• Assist with safety training and onboarding.
• Attend training sessions and leadership visits.
• Welcome interns and participate in internship events when applicable.
