Job summary

Next150 Construction Services seeks a Construction Engineer III to support the project team on a site-based role, coordinating information and authorizations necessary for timely, on-budget delivery. The role includes training opportunities through Gilbane University and mentorship from Project Managers and Executives on-site.

Candidates should have 3+ years with a construction firm, strong site coordination skills, and experience with CMiC/Bluebeam/Procore.

Qualifications

• Professional construction engineer with 3+ years on large projects is required.
• Experience coordinating RFIs, submittals, logs and change management.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute all project information with the Project Manager.
• Maintain contract document logs in real time.
• Prepare status reports on RFIs, submittals and other documents.
• Write scopes of work for bid packages and issue RFQs.
• Update project schedules using CPM techniques.
• Document field quality activities and cost reports.
• Maintain project quality files and documentation systems.
• Engage with customers to understand goals and demonstrate value.
• Attend jobsite coordination meetings and coordinate equipment delivery.
