Job summary

Next150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Engineer III to assist the project team on site, coordinating information and authorizations to deliver the project on time and within budget. This role sits primarily on the job site with occasional trainings at the office.

You will enroll in trainings through Gilbane University to build leadership and technical skills. As part of the team, you will work with Project Managers and crews, perform CPM scheduling, prepare scopes of work, and

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field
• 3+ years with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute all project information with the Project Manager
• Maintain real-time contract document logs
• Prepare status reports on RFIs, submittals and other documents
• Write scopes of work for bid packages
• Issue RFQs and follow up with Trade Contractors and vendors
• Update project schedules with CPM techniques
• Document field quality activities
