Job summary

Next150 Construction Services, LLC seeks a Construction Project Engineer II to support project teams on-site with occasional office trainings. The role focuses on coordinating information, maintaining logs, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting on RFIs, submittals, and costs.

The candidate brings a BS/MS in engineering or construction management and 3+ years' GC/contractor experience, with OSHA certifications and knowledge of CMiC/Bluebeam to drive efficient field operations.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3+ years with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute all project information with the Project Manager.
• Maintain real-time logs for contract documents and RFIs/submittals.
• Prepare and present status reports on RFIs, submittals, and other documents.
• Draft scopes of work for bid packages and issue RFQs.
• Coordinate with Trade Contractors and vendors on quotes.
• Update schedules using CPM techniques.
• Document field quality activities and cost reports.
• Maintain project quality files and documentation systems.
• Engage with customers to understand goals and add value.
• Develop industry relationships to create opportunities for Next 150.
