Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring a Counter Sales Associate to join our on-site team in Texas. You will handle walk-in, phone, and will-call customers with exceptional service and help manage orders, pricing, and product information.

You will share product knowledge, advise on applications, and identify upsell opportunities while supporting other duties as needed. A Spanish-language capability is a plus in our diverse community and fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system and provides order information to customers.
• Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and their applications (provides technical advice, troubleshoots, and helps resolve customers’ problems).
• Upsells by identifying related products, add‑on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions.
