Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Management of project’s contractor and construction process.
• Construction coordination and scope management.
• Develop and review construction schedules and cost estimates.
• Assist with developing and reviewing change orders.
• Conduct site inspections and reporting to verify construction quality and contract conformance.
• Develop and maintain construction progress reports.
• Review contractor RFIs and submittals.
• Oversee and coordinate with QA field inspectors and materials testing teams.
• Contractor Submittal management and compliance.
• Contractor’s adherence to construction documents.
• Reoccurring site visits and logistics management.
• Liaison between contractor, stakeholders and client.
• Contractor Invoice review and approval.
