Job summary

Lombardo Homes is seeking a Construction Coordinator to manage new home construction in line with Lombardo’s standards of excellence. You will coordinate scheduling, quality inspections, permits, site cleanliness, and material management.

The role requires 3+ years of field construction experience, the ability to read plans, and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset. This is a full-time position based in Missouri with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of construction field experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and scope of work.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and building codes.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and take charge when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction scheduling to support new builds.
• Ensure quality through inline inspections and schedule adherence.
• Obtain permits in accordance with schedules.
• Oversee job site cleanliness and material placement.
• Monitor safety on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Interpret plans and standards to guide contractors.
• Collaborate with team to ensure Lombardo standards.
