ColonialWebb is seeking a Construction Field Administrator to support active jobsites with timekeeping, documentation, and admin processes. You will partner with field teams and project management to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across projects.

The role emphasizes payroll coordination, records maintenance, and HR support, using Procore and field tech assistance to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction field teams.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main admin contact on the jobsite, handling data entry and record maintenance.
• Coordinate Payroll & Timekeeping, oversee CI/CO data vs labor charges, and process PTO.
• Maintain accurate rosters, emergency contacts, and worker assignments.
• Provide basic HR admin support for field staff (address changes, forms).
• Utilize Procore to support field operations and project documentation.
• Offer first-level tech support for field devices and software.
• Review and code expense reports for Accounts Payable.
• Order and manage jobsite office supplies and equipment.
