Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of on-site multifamily property management experience, including Tax Credit properties.
• Leadership development program completion is preferred.
• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Professional designation in property management or equivalent from a MF industry organization.
• Experience with affordable housing programs and income/rent restrictions is a plus.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate reports on cash flow, budgets, variances, and market studies.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and manage expenses to meet goals.
• Review capital replacement plans and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Develop marketing plans based on local market and competition.
• Solicit bids and negotiate with vendors for services.
• Lead on-site staff to deliver excellent tenant service and relations.
• Monitor resident services activities and support the Foundation’s mission.
• Oversee evictions, routine legal matters, and regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, OSHA, ADA).
• Support process improvements and revisions to policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and review employee performance; participate in reviews.
