Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for Valley View & Point Place, overseeing operations across Wapakoneta and Russells Point. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering excellent resident service and maintaining strong occupancy and community standards.

You will lead leasing activities, coordinate renewals, and ensure financial performance, while collaborating with a team that values work-life balance and community impact.

Qualifications

• At least one year of property management experience.
• Affordable housing experience preferred (e.g. HUD Section 8, LIHTC, HOME).
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage resident relations, including leasing, renewals and addressing concerns.
• Maintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal.
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents, prospects and guests.
• Help optimize the community’s performance by supporting occupancy, retention and financial goals.
