Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for Springwood, Scottwood & Western Run at Springwood Commons, Mt. Orab, OH.

Qualifications

• At least one year of property management experience.
• Affordable housing experience preferred (HUD Section 8, LIHTC and/or HOME).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of leasing, resident relations, and community operations.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage.
• Sales and marketing skills a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

• Oversee daily community operations in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage resident relations, including leasing, renewals and addressing concerns.
• Maintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal.
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents, prospects and guests.
