We seek a Community Manager to oversee Bren Road Station, a 262-unit community in Minnetonka, to maximize occupancy, drive resident satisfaction, and ensure compliant, efficient operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, budget awareness, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English); second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and collections while ensuring property appearance and resident retention.
• Lead staff through orientation, training, and performance reviews; manage hires/terminations.
• Resolve resident issues and maintain effective communication with residents.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to policies and procedures.
