Dominium seeks a Community Manager for Bren Road Station, a 262-unit apartment community in Minnetonka, MN. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, maximize occupancy, retain residents, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred).
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting/business administration background helpful.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred; strong verbal/written English.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance.
• Supervise staff, train employees, and manage performance reviews and records.
• Communicate with residents to resolve issues and maintain positive relations.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Review leases, renewals, and move-ins/outs; liaise with vendors and contractors.
