The position is full-time, on-site, with a $60,000 annual salary plus quarterly bonuses and up to $10,000 in NOI bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the apartment community.
• Lead and supervise on-site staff.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations.
• Monitor rent collections, occupancy, and retention. Coordinate maintenance operations and service standards.
• Manage budgets and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
