Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead Vetra 5480, a 133-unit apartment community in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role drives occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance while coaching the onsite team and maintaining high community standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, leasing expertise, and a commitment to resident satisfaction, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Entrata being a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with leasing, resident retention, collections, and daily property operations.
• Budget management and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a 133-unit apartment community.
• Coach, mentor, and support the onsite team.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals.
• Manage budgets, collections, and overall financial performance.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and community standards.
• Deliver outstanding resident experiences and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
