Job description

Sakura Gardens Condominiums is looking for a full-time, on-site professional Community Association Manager for an established, 219-unit condominium complex in South St. Louis County who would act as the liaison between the board and residents and overseeing daily operations of the association.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Preparing annual budgets, tracking expenses, collecting assessments (dues), managing reserve funds, providing regular financial reports to the board, and discussing financial decisions with the board.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and repair of common areas (e.g., roofs, landscaping, shared facilities). This includes conducting site inspections, soliciting bids from vendors, and monitoring their performance.
  • Rule Enforcement: Ensuring residents comply with the association\'s governing documents (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, or CC&Rs). This involves conducting property inspections, documenting violations, and assisting with dispute resolution.
  • Administration & Communication: Maintaining official records, organizing and attending board and annual meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, managing official correspondence, and communicating board decisions to residents.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Working with legal counsel to ensure the association complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Board and member management for the community, which includes overseeing the relations between the HOA board and homeowners. Responding to and relaying inquiries and feedback from residents to the board
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers
  • Organizing the agenda and schedule for HOA meetings
