Job summary

Qualifications

• Hospitality or co-working space experience is helpful.
• Practical solution finding, hands-on approach, results-driven.
• Any combination of education, training or experience in shared office space, CRE, hospitality, co-working, leasing or property management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling tours and CRM data entry (tour bookings).
• Greet prospective members and provide first impression experience.
• Provide customer service to current and potential members; respond to issues with escalation as needed.
• Assist in meetings of occupancy, sales, marketing and financial goals; report weekly, monthly and quarterly achievements.
• Support events: setup/breakdown, ordering food/beverages, communications.
