Job summary

HOATalent is hiring on behalf of Community Property Management (CPM Gateway) for a Community Association Manager to support day-to-day operations of residential communities across Illinois and Missouri.

This role involves working with residents, board members, and vendors to manage HOA and community operations, coordinate maintenance, attend meetings, and maintain records and financials in a deadline-driven on-site environment in O’Fallon, IL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, HOA management, leasing, administrative support, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned HOA and residential communities.
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance or compliance issues.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, HOA board members, and committees.
• Prepare board meeting materials and attend board and annual meetings (some evenings required).
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and community documentation.
• Support budgeting, invoice processing, and accounts receivable tracking.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting, including variance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth community operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
