Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an on-site property operations support professional in Florida. You will assist the property manager, management team, the board, and residents to ensure maintenance and operations align with company objectives and policies.

Responsibilities include inspections, vendor coordination, board logistics, minutes, document management, invoicing, and budget support. On-site work, safety adherence, and 50+ lb lifting may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM license required.
• Two years of experience as an on-site manager managing property or building operations such as staff and service contracts, tenant retention and tenant improvements preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents with similar complexity.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications; strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and maintains current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and each client’s community’s documents, policies and procedures.
• Performs annual property inspections.
• Coordinates insurance requirements for properties and associated vendors.
• Posts board meetings.
• Schedules meetings with vendors and board.
• Drafts minutes.
• Uploads association documents to website and handles all call center inquiries.
• Manages association account ledger inquiries and AP clearing items.
• Records daily POS transactions and deposits; handles mailings to the Hollywood office.
• Reconciles taxes monthly and assists with monthly reports.
