Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing drywall and metal stud framing projects preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from handoff through final closeout.
• Develop and execute plans to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with superintendents, field personnel, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor schedules and address delays or issues proactively.
• Review contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs and documents.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and contract requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve challenges through proactive communication.
