OGD Equipment Company LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX. The role centers on business development, bidding, pricing, and growing our commercial new-construction portfolio, with project management from procurement through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction sales or PM, strong negotiation and CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple roles remotely and on site as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in construction sales, estimating, or project management.
• Strong bid/win business through bidding and relationships.
• Familiarity with construction workflows (bid, submittal, procurement, installation, closeout).
• Proficiency with CRM/PM tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Office-based; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new commercial project opportunities with GCs, developers, and architects.
• Own the bid pipeline—from quotes to award—driving opportunities to close.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Support take-offs, pricing strategy, and negotiate scope/terms to win work while protecting margin.
• Own awarded projects from kickoff through closeout and manage schedules.
• Coordinate material lead times, crews, and site readiness.
• Oversee procurement/logistics and installation crews and subcontractors remotely.
• Track budgets, change orders, and billing milestones; report status to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation (submittals, RFIs, punch lists).
